If you are a good human overall, who wants to win and be the best…. Then, WE may be EXACTLY the company you are looking for!
We do painting a little differently here - We're all about teamwork, going above and beyond for our clients, and getting 1% better every single day...and of course, having some fun while we do it!
This is a paid by performance role. You'll be a core part of our Interior and Exterior Crew, ideally in the lead role, and have a base pay rate of $25-30 an hour (depending on your experience). However, if you're only ever making base pay, something is going wrong. If you work hard you should be making an additional $2-$10+ per hour by earning what we call, "performance pay" - which is available on every project we do.
This is truly a fun and challenging role. You'll be working on a team with 1-2 other painters on any given job, helping to bring life and color back to homes in the NW Wisconsin area. Attention to detail, hustle, and a positive attitude will be key for your success in this role.
