Positions Available
Sales Manager (Full-time)
Drive growth and build relationships across Northwest Wisconsin as our Sales Manager. You’ll meet with homeowners and businesses, create estimates, and guide projects from first conversation to completion. This role is ideal for someone who is confident, organized, and motivated by results.
You’ll work closely with our production team to ensure a smooth customer experience and deliver on expectations. Strong communication, integrity, and follow-through are essential.

Crew Lead Painter (Full-time)
Lead crews and deliver top-quality results on residential and commercial projects throughout Northwest Wisconsin. As a Lead Painter, in addition to precision painting, you’ll manage job sites, ensure quality standards, and keep projects on schedule.
You’ll also mentor team members and communicate with clients to ensure a great experience from start to finish. This role requires painting experience, attention to detail, and strong leadership skills.

Assistant Painter (full-time)
Join our team and learn a skilled trade while working on projects across Northwest Wisconsin. As an Assistant Painter, you’ll help with prep work, painting, and job site organization alongside experienced crew members.
No experience is required—we provide training and support your growth. We’re looking for reliable, hardworking individuals with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Summer Job (Part-Time – Seasonal)
Spend your summer working outdoors and earning strong pay with Sawyer Creek Painting. This seasonal role is perfect for teachers, college students, or anyone home for the summer in Northwest Wisconsin.
You’ll assist with painting, prep work, and job site support—no experience needed. We provide training; you bring the work ethic.
